T细胞疫苗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨T细胞疫苗(TCV)治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法用正常人外周血在体外常规分离出单个核细胞并培养诱导制成TCV。取这些TCV分别在21例无手术、放疗、化疗指征的晚期恶性肿瘤病人的双上肢前臂皮内分4点注射[左右各2点,每点0.25ml(108/ml)],每周1次,连用4周。结果全组21例中,未见CR、PR病例;10例SD,11例PD;疾病控制率为47.62%(10/21)。未见有明显的毒副作用。结论TCV治疗晚期恶性肿瘤安全有效,值得进一步研究。
