五行音乐疗法对60例慢性疲劳综合征情绪障碍的疗效观察

Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Music Therapy in Treating 60 Cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Emotional Disorder

目的观察五行音乐疗法对慢性疲劳综合征情绪障碍的治疗作用。方法采用五行音乐疗法(辨证选曲),观察60例慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳评定量表、SCL-90心理评定量表的评分变化。结果治疗后疲劳积分、SCL-90总积分治疗组明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组SCL-90中强迫、抑郁、敌对、精神病积分较治疗前均有下降(P<0.05),躯体化、焦虑及其他评分有显著下降(P<0.01)。结论五行音乐疗法能够调节慢性疲劳综合征患者的情绪障碍,缓解抑郁焦虑,改善疲劳症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of music therapy in treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome （CFS） emotion disorder. Methods Music therapy was given to 60 CFS patients according to syndrome differentiation to observe the change of the fatigue scores and the scores of SCL-90 factors. Results The scale marks of the fatigue scores and the scores of SCL-90 factors of the treated group after treatment were obviously lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. After treatment,the scores of SCL-90 factors on forced, depression, paranoid and psychotic in the treated group were all improved （P〈0.05）; physical, anxiety and other scores were all improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine five element music therapy could regulatethe emotion of CFS patients, relieve depression and anxiety, improve the fatigue symptoms.
