经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石(附40例报道)

Transurethral Ureteroscopic Holmiumlaser Lithotripsy of Ureteral Calculi: 40 Cases Report

目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法自2007年6月至2009年8月，采用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石40例。结果一次手术碎石成功率为95．0％（38／40）。术后随访4-8周，结石排净率为97．3%（37／38）。平均单侧手术时间约30min，术后平均住院时间4d，无明显并发症。结论经尿道输尿管镜下铁激光碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效确切，具有安全、损伤小、效果好等优点。对于复杂性或双侧的输尿管结石，本法可作为首选。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods From June 2007 to August 2009, 40 patients with ureteral calculi were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic holmiumlaser lithotripsy. Results The successful rate of laser lithotripsy was 95.0% （38/40）. Postoperative observation in follow-up 4-8 weeks, the lithagogue rate was 97.3% （37/38）. The mean operation time is 30min for unilateral calculi and mean hospital stay is 4 days without significant complications. Conclusion Transurethral ureteroscopic holmiumlaser lithotripsy is effective, safe and invasive for the treatment of ureteral calculi, and should be chosen as the primary method for complicated or bilateral ureteral calculi.
