右室间隔部起搏的护理及术中配合 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨临床右室间隔部起搏永久起搏器手术患者的护理及手术中配合的应用效果。方法将9例右室间隔部起搏永久起搏器手术患者实施积极的护理及术中配合。结果9例患者采用主动固定电极行右室流出道室间隔部起搏术中安置顺利,无电极脱位、心脏穿孔等并发症的发生;术后心电监护未出现电极脱落现象,未再次出现症状,伤口愈合好,无其他不良反应的发生。结论虽然右室间隔部起搏永久起搏器手术存在着电极固定困难、定位时间长、起搏阈值高、容易脱位等问题,手术难度大,但认真术前准备及术中良好的配合与围手术期护理对于手术过程及成功与否有着重要的意义。
