Optimized Synthesis of Epoxidized Castor Oil

摘要 在无溶剂条件下制备环氧蓖麻油,对参加环氧化反应的有机酸和催化剂进行选择,研究了反应时间和反应温度对产物环氧值的影响。通过正交实验对环氧化合成条件进行优化,结果表明,蓖麻油/乙酸/双氧水/磷酸(质量比)=1∶0.15∶0.8∶0.01,反应温度50℃,反应时间3 h,所得产品环氧值达6.95%,采用FT-IR和1H NMR方法对产品进行了表征。整个过程操作简单,反应时间短,反应条件温和。 Epoxidized castor oil was prepared without solvent, the type of organic acid and catalyst which took part in the epoxidisation process were choosed, reaction time and reaction temperature that had influence on the epoxy value of product were studied. The optimum epoxidisation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment, the results indicated: m(castor oil) : m(acetic acid) : m(hydrogen peroxide) : m(orthophosphoric acid)= 1 : 0.15 : 0.8 : 0.01, reaction temperature was 50℃, reaction time was 3 h, the epoxy value of the final product under these conditions was 6.95%, FT-IR and IH NMR were employed to characterize the production. Relatively fewer steps, shorter reaction time and much milden reaction conditions were the main advantages of this process.
