摘要
对我国装载机自动变速技术的应用现状进行了分析,提出了装载机节能换挡规律及其智能控制方法.在此基础上提出装载机自动变速智能换挡控制系统的设计方案.在装载机电控系统试验台上对所开发的装载机自动变速电子控制单元进行了试验验证.试验结果表明,基于节能换挡规律智能控制算法所开发的自动变速控制系统可以根据工况的变化调整换挡策略,实现自动换挡,并能使液力变矩器经常保持在高效区工作.
The domestic status of wheel loader's automatic transmission is introduced, energy saving shift schedule and its intelligent control are proposed, and an intelligent control system on automatic transmission is given. An experiment on the test-bench for ECU of automatic transmission is carried out. Its results show that the intelligent control system for automatic transmission can gear-shift itself according to working conditions and maintain the torque converter working within the range of high efficiency.
