摘要
对光谱探针天青A(AA)分别与硫酸化茯苓多糖(SP)、硫酸软骨素(CS)和透明质酸(HA)等大分子相互作用的吸收光谱进行了比较研究,探讨了CS等不同生物大分子与AA相互作用的机理及其与AA结合的功能基团,测算了SP和CS与AA最大结合数为62和151。研究结果表明,生物大分子的磺酸基和羧基与AA都能发生结合反应,其与AA结合的功能基团是磺酸基和羧基。
The absorption spectras of the interaction between the spectroscopic probes Azur A(AA) and the biological macromolecules(sulfation pachymaran(SP),chondroitin sulfate(CS),hyaluronic acid(HA),etc) are comparatively studied by spectrometry.The mechanism of the interaction and function group between the biological macromolecules and the Azur A is also discussed.And the maximum binding numbers of AA-SP and AA-CS are obtained,which are 62 and 151.The results show that AA can interact with both sulfate group and carboxylic group of the biological macromolecules.
