新生大鼠脑组织缺氧缺血再灌注脑损伤后IL-1β水平的动态变化

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧缺血再灌注脑损伤新生大鼠脑组织中interleukin-1β(IL-1β)水平的动态变化。方法:60只7d龄新生SD大鼠随机分成5组,即缺氧缺血再灌注后2、4、6、24h组及正常对照组,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法,检测各时间点脑组织IL-1β水平。结果:缺氧缺血再灌注4h后,IL-1β显著增高,并随再灌注时间延长逐渐升高。结论:IL-1β在早期开始参与缺氧缺血再灌注脑损伤过程。 Objective: To examine the content change of intedeukin-1β(IL-1β) in cerebral tissue of rats suffered from hypoxia-ischemia repeffu- sion brain injury. Method : Sixty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats aged 7 days were randomized into groups( n = 12 each) of hypoxia-ischemia repeffusion 2 h,4 h ,6 h ,24 h, respectively, and controls. Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked imnmnosorbent assay was used to detect the content of IL-1β in the brain tissue at each time mark. Results : The content of IL-1β in the cerebral tissue was significantly increased at the 4h after reperfusion and mounted with extending of the time ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The findings suggest that IL-1 β may get involved in the pathophysiological course of hypoxia-ischemia repeffusion brain injury at earlier phase.
