奎硫平对精神分裂症患者肝功能影响的性别分析

Gender difference of the influence of quetiapine fumarate on liver function of schizophrenia patients

目的：探讨奎硫平对精神分裂症患者肝功能影响的性别特征。方法：采用临床对照研究，比较单用奎硫平治疗的30例男性和30例女性精神分裂症患者于治疗前及治疗第4、8周末的肝功能变化。结果：治疗后精神分裂症患者ALT明显增高（P〈0．05）。与女性患者相比，男性患者ALT增高更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论：奎硫平可引起精神分裂症患者肝功能异常，且男性更为明显。

Objective To explore the gender difference of the influence of quetiapine fumarate on liver function of schizophrenia patients. Method Before treatment and at the ends of the 4th and 8th week of treatment, liver functions were measured in 30 male and 30 female schizophrenic inpatients taking single quetiapine. None of other drugs was used during treatment. Results ALT and AST of Patients increased, after treatment with quetiapine, and male patients had showed more severe hepatic dysfunction than female patients. Conclusion Quetiapine may cause hepatic dysfunction and more severe in male patients.
