摘要
根据湿法制磷酸工艺,采用工业硫酸分解织金含稀土磷矿,研究了反应温度、磷矿粒度和硫酸浓度对贵州织金含稀土磷矿分解率的影响。反应温度为338—348K,磷矿粒度为0.110~0.075mm和硫酸的浓度为22.0%-25.0%的条件下,用粒径不变的缩芯模型来描述工业硫酸分解织金含稀土磷矿化学反应过程。推导出了该过程的理论模型和实验数据的回归模型,方差分析表明模型可靠。为工艺条件的优化和反应器的设计提供了理论依据。
According to wet-process phosphoric acid production technology, Zhijin rare-earth containing phosphate rock was decomposed by industrial sulfate. The effects of reaction temperature, phosphate rock graininess and sulfuric aicd concentration on the decomposition rate of Zhijin rare-earth containing phosphate rock were studied. This chemical reaction process can be described by the shrinking core model with the same diameter. A mathematical model for the process was derived, also a model from experimental data was obtained,when the reaction temperature was 338 -348 K, size of phosphate rock was 0.110 - 0.075 mm,sulfuric aicd concentration was 22.0% -25.0%. Varian analysis indicated a good reliability of the model. The study provided theoretical basis for the design of reactor and the optimization of process operation.
