摘要
建立了共轨管密封结合面的简化模型,其中包括喷油器出油孔、管接头和螺母三个部件。设计了密封可靠性的多步分析方法,首先对螺母所产生的预紧力进行模拟,将结果(位移、应力等)作为初始条件加载于施加油压的分析文件中,根据仿真结果,检测密封结合面的贴合压力,输出密封面的贴合状态。对加工中可能出现的锥度误差和垂直度误差情况,使用这一方法进行可靠性分析,并对产生泄露的情况进行了分析。
The sample model of oil injector's sealing surfaces were build, including the discharge orifice, pipe joint and nut. The multi-step analysis method was used. First step, the pretightening force on the nut was computed, the field outputs (displacement and stress) as the initial state loaded in the file with the high-pressure. In the second step analysis, the field output contact stress showed the leak tightness between the discharge orifice and pipe joint. This method was applied to analysis the contact stress with taper error and verticality error which ususlly appeared in the conical surface machine, and analyzed the leaks in this two different condition.
