摘要
对攻制内螺纹经常出现的丝锥折断现象,从质量、工作效率和成本管理出发,设计制造带有"过载缓冲离合器"的过载保护攻内螺纹工具,从而防止了攻螺纹过程中丝锥的折断。使用结果表明,该设计方便可靠,通用性强,成本低廉。
Aim at the tap broken, an overload buffering protection has been designed to prevent tap from breaking based on quality, efficiency and cost management. The resalts show this protection is versatility, cost cheaply, convenient and reliable.
