Study on User Satisfaction of the Search Engine

构建搜索引擎用户满意度评价指标体系,以目前使用广泛的搜索引擎门户为研究对象,应用问卷调查法以用户满意为标准对搜索引擎进行评价,并有针对性的提出提高搜索引擎用户满意度的对策。

With the popular search engine as the object of the study, this paper constructs an index system for evaluating the user satisfaction of the search engine by conducting questionnaire surveys and puts forward some corresponding measures to improve the satisfaction.
