摘要
弧焊电源通常在恶劣的电磁环境下工作,而且本身就是一个强骚扰源,所以弧焊设备的抗扰性问题应引起重视,GB15579.10-2008的制定和强制执行对弧焊电源抗扰性能提出了统一的实验标准和评判准则,包括静电放电抗扰度、射频电磁场辐射抗扰度、电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度、浪涌冲击抗扰度、射频场感应的传导骚扰抗扰度和电压暂降抗扰度六项实验。解决弧焊设备抗扰性问题的最好办法是在设计阶段做好弧焊设备的电磁兼容设计,主要有屏蔽、滤波和接地等方法。

The best way to solve EMC problem is to make a good EMC design before the equipment is produced.The main method of solving the problem of welding equipment immunity are shielding, filtering and grounding.
