摘要 对弧焊电源功率因数、谐波等参数的测量方法进行了研究,采用加窗的FFT算法研制了一套基于嵌入式PC的弧焊电源检测系统,分别对带LDC滤波器的弧焊逆变电源和普通弧焊逆变电源进行谐波分析比较,实验表明该分析仪系统可靠,分析结果精确。 The measurement method for the power factor (PF),harmonics and other parameters of the arc welding power source have been studied.A detection system which be used in welding power supply was developed based on the embedded PC and FFT with window.Respectively,arc welding power supply with LDC filter and electrolytic capacitor filter were analyzed about it s harmonics.At the same time,the result of experiment proved this harmonic detection apparatus can work stably and the result was precise.
