摘要
为了去除旋转电弧传感器于水下电弧焊的电流信号中的干扰,提出了小波滤波和中值滤波的组合滤波方法。介绍了基于旋转电弧传感器的水下电弧焊接系统,分析采集到的水下焊接电流信号的特征,从理论上论证小波变换应用在水下电弧焊接信号去噪的可行性。利用Matlab中小波工具箱对实际采集到的电流信号进行小波滤波分析,选取合适的小波基。对滤波后信号,存在的水下焊接中短路过渡和断弧的干扰,采用中值滤波的去噪方法。实验证明:小波滤波和中值滤波组合的方法能更有效地抑制干扰,并保留有用的水下焊接电弧信号特征,处理时间满足实时性要求。
In order to eliminate the interference in the underwater welding based on rotating arc sensor,a filter method based on wavelet filter and median filter is presented.This paper introduce the underwater arc welding system based on rotating arc sensor at first.Then the characteristic of underwater current signals is analysed ,the feasibility of wavelet filter theory to de-noise is discussed. Wavelet de-noise is used to processed the acquired current signals by wavelet toolbox in Matlab,and the proper wavelet basic is selected.Due to the disturbed of short-circuit and are interruption,we use the median filter to process the signals that after processed by wavelet filter.Experiments prove that wavelet de-nolse and median filter methods can effectively restrain the interference and keep the useful characteristics of underwater welding are signals, and comply with real-time demand.
