全数字化多功能焊机人机交互系统的设计 被引量:6

摘要 在采用三片DSP进行焊机系统控制的基础上,DSP1作为人机交互系统的控制核心,DSP2和DSP3分别用于电源系统和送丝系统的控制。人机交互系统的硬件部分由三部分组成:键盘选择界面和参数项、利用数字编码器设置与修改选定的焊接工艺参数,以及选用液晶显示器作为显示界面。系统实现了焊接参数的给定、存储、调用和实时信息显示,焊接参数的统一管理以及与PC机的通信等功能。实验证明,该系统运行稳定,操作灵活,现场参数显示明了,抗干扰能力强。 The wehting system is controlled by three DSP,in which,the first piece of DSP is the controlling core of the man-machine interaction system,and the second and third piece is used for power system and wire feeding system.The keyboard is adopted for choosing interface and parameter entries,while the digital eneoder is used for setting and modifying the welding parameters,and the LCD is the display interface .these three parts compose the hardware of human-computer interaction system.In this system ,the welding parameters can be set and saved and invoked and also real-time display.Besides,the welding parameters can he unified managed by the system which can communicate with DSP.The experiments indicate that the system is stable,operation-flexible,and parameters of on-site shows clear and the system is high anti-interference.
