目的:研究卫生装备效能评估方法,检验卫生装备效能水平。方法:依据卫生装备效能影响因素,建立评估指标体系,确定因素集U、评估集V和隶属函数,建立模糊综合评估模型,并进行实例验证。结果:依据最大隶属度分析,美军、英军装甲救护车保障效能水平总评为优,与实际情况相符。结论:评估结果符合卫生装备实际效能水平,方法具有可行性和有效性。

Objective To research the method for effectiveness evaluation and verify the effectiveness of medical equipment. Methods The effectiveness index system was established according to the influencing factors of medical equipment. The evaluation model was developed based on factor gather U, evaluation gather V, subordinate function, and then verified by examples, Results Calculation of maximum membership degree indicated that military armored ambulance of USA was superior to that of China. Conclusion The result from the approach, complying with the actual one, proves its feasibility and effectiveness.
