中心静脉导管代替腹膜透析管在心脏手术后的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中心静脉导管代替腹膜透析管在心脏直视手术后并发急性肾功能不全应用的疗效。方法:对7例心脏外科术后并发急性肾功能不全的患者应用中心静脉导管代替腹膜透析管进行间歇性腹膜透析治疗,并记录和监测循环、代谢指标。结果:所有病例都能超滤出多余的水分,经腹膜透析13d后尿量恢复正常,急性肾功能不全和低心排血量综合征被纠正,出院时心、肾功能均正常。无死亡病例和并发症者。结论:中心静脉导管代腹膜透析管能达到常规腹膜透析效果,可明显改善心、肾功能,而且方法简便、经济、安全。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of central venous catheter replacing peritoneal dialysis catheter in treating concurrent acute renal failure after cardiac surgery.Methods:To carry on intermittence peritoneal dialysis treatment by means of applying central venous catheter to replace peritoneal dialysis catheter on 7 concurrent acute renal failure cases after cardiac surgery,with circulation and metabolic indices recorded and monitored.Results:All cases ultrafiltered the extra water;urinary volume recovered in 3 days after peritoneal dialysis;acute renal failure and low cardiac output syndrome redressed;heart and renal function normal when leaving hospital.And there is no death or concurrent complication.Conclusion:Curative effect of conventional peritoneal dialysis can be received with central venous catheter replacing peritoneal dialysis catheter,leaving heart and renal function clearly improved.It's a simple and convenient method that is economical and secure.
