摘要
国家认监委要求自2010年1月1日起,3G移动终端设备必须获得CCC认证,文章概述了中国的认证认可体系及强制性产品认证制度,介绍了3G移动终端设备相关的强制性检测认证标准和过程;并且论述了在应对国际金融危机大背景下,认证认可是促进电子通信行业提高质量、又好又快发展的重要保障,是提升国际竞争力的重要手段,提出3G终端的CCC认证应该进一步加强。
According to the requirement of CNCA, any 3G mobile terminal must get CCC certification since January 1, 2010. This paper outlines the certification and accreditation system and the compulsory product certification system in China. and also introduces the process and criteria of compulsory testing certification related to the 3G mobile terminals. Then it concluded that the certification mechanism is effectual to promote the international competitiveness of electronic commumcations industry, and 3G terminal CCC certification should be further strengthened.
