摘要
通过对十七届四中全会精神的学习领会,国有企业党组织必须抓住创建劳动关系和谐企业这一主载体,统筹协调好企业党组织、工会组织、职工群众与国有企业之间的关系,充分在劳动关系和谐企业创建中发挥党组织的核心作用、工会组织的桥梁作用和国有企业的主导作用,既增强企业科学发展的合力,又夯实社会和谐的基石。
