摘要
利用单片机和复杂可编程逻辑器件组建控制核心,单光子计数器构成微光检测系统,丝杠和高精度步进电机组成托盘传动系统,C语言编写软件代码设计了一款化学发光免疫分析仪原型机。所采用的单光子计数器计数灵敏度达2.7×105s-1·pW-1。实际测试结果表明该仪器本底计数率<100RLU(相对发光单位)/s;量程为100~12×106RLU;光强测试值与化学发光反应所用底物的浓度之间的线性相关系数达0.9652;孔位之间一致性良好,CV<2.2%。与现有产品相比,该原型机在提高灵敏度,扩大量程的同时仍保持了良好的线性度,并具有传动系统定位精度高、成本低等优点。
A high sensitivity chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer prototype based on embedded system was designed and implemented, by using a single-photon counter, whose count sensitivity was high as 2.7 ×10^5s^-1·pW^-1, to be ultra weak light detector. Two screws guided rails were driven by two high precision stepping motors to transit the 96-well micro plate 2-dimentionally. Results of practical tests showed that the prototype' s background count rate was less than 100 RLU per second. Test result was significantly linear correlate with the concentration of the substrates used in the chemiluminescence reaction. Linear eorrelativity in the measuring range from 100 RLU to 12 million RLU reached up to 0. 9652. And the consistency among the micro wells was satisfactory. CV was less than 2.2%. Comparing to existing products, this prototype had higher sensitivity and wider measuring range, with maintaining satisfactory linearity. Besides these, it also had some other strong points such as high positioning accuracy and low cost.
