Performances and Maintenance Examples for Four Kinds of Ventilators

本文叙述了四种型号呼吸机即西门子900C、纽帮100M、鸟牌8400STi和拉菲尔的性能、特点和典型故障的维修。根据使用情况及维修经验证明西门子900C呼吸机具备基本功能、操作直观,相对而言较多也易出现机械部件故障,使用5年后如传感器等电子元器件因故障更换或改变传感器在内管路的位置后需做校准,且日常使用需要定期做校准。纽帮100M呼吸机功能单一但操作简单,维修特点是注意定期检查呼出阀膜。鸟牌8400STi呼吸机工作稳定。拉菲尔呼吸机数字化程度较高但流量传感器较易损坏。

SV900c, Newport 100M, Bird 8400STi and Raphael ventilatorss, their characteristics of perfermance and maintenance practice are introduced in this paper, it is shown that SV900c ventilator has basic function and intuitive operation. The machine problems occur easily on the ventilator of SV 900c. If the sensors are changed because of some electricity problems after 5 years , calibration is needed. For SV900c regular calibration is also needed. Newport 100M ventilator has simple function and is easily operated. For this kind of vcentilotor we need periodic inspection to the membrane in exhalation valve. Bird8400STi ventilator work steady. Raphel ventilator has high figures but its flowrate sensor runs out easily.
