摘要
精益生产,被认为是丰田生产方式的精髓,其与传统大量生产方式相比,精益生产的目标是通过减少生产过程中没有价值的活动和消灭浪费,来实现生产成本的最小化并保证产品质量。精益生产是一项复杂的系统工程,主要从八个方面进行推进,分别是准时化生产,自恸化、5S、标准化作业、单件流动式生产、看板、可视化管理以及持续改善。精益生产方式是国际先进的主流生产管理方式,很值得中国本土制造类企业借鉴和运用。
Lean production, is considered as the essence of the Toyota production system. compared with the massive production, the goal of lean production is to achieve the minimal production costs as well as ensure the product quality by reducing the non-valuc added activities and eliminating waste, i,ean produclion is a complicated systematic engineering, that can be analyzed mainly from eight aspects which arc JIT production, Jidoka, 5S, standardized work, onc-piece-flow production, kanban, visual amnagemenl and continuous improvement. Lean production is the mainstream of the international advanced produclion and management methods, it is worthy for China's domestic manufacturing enterprises to learn and use.
