电子文件归档管理问题探寻

随着计算机的日益普及,电子文件产生的数量急剧增加,形式不断翻新,而且不少已经进入归档阶段,应转化为电子档案。档案工作者对电子档案的管理问题越来越关注。在实际工作中,我们发现电子文件归档管理存在着不少问题,就此提出了提前介入管理、制订相关标准、采取分布式管理等措施。

With the widely use of computers, electronic documents increase greatly in number with new forms, and many of them should be flied into electronic archives, Archivists show great concern for the management of electronic archives. In practical work, there exist many problems on the management of filing electronic documents. This article, thus, put forward some relevant measures for it.
