摘要
利用神经网络建立了钢板弹簧成形过程计算机集成智能监控系统,该系统将钢板弹簧成形过程监测故障诊断和反馈控制组成一个有机整体。通过在线提取液压系统的压力,液压系统的油温,坯料的变形温度,可以实现弧高是否正常,是否产生侧弯、钢板弹簧局部折弯和间接得到密封圈使用状态的在线实时诊断。通过反馈控制系统实现液压系统参数的实时调整,提高了生产钢板弹簧的效率和保证了质量的稳定性。
Computer integrated intelligent monitoring and controlling system for leaf springs forming process is built on neural network. This system integrated monitoring, failure diagnosis and feedback control together, according to online hydraulic pressure, the oil temperature of hydraulic system and deformation temperature of the billet, we can achieve the online failure diagnosis of radian height, scoliosis, local bending of leaf spring and the life expectancy of the seal. The hydraulic system parameters can be adjusted online through feedback control, thus, high production efficiency and quality of the leaf spring can be realized.
