摘要
商务车车架承受着来自道路和装载的各种复杂载荷作用。利用ANSYS分析软件对某商务车车架进行弯曲、扭转工况静态分析和模态分析研究,探索车架分析模型简化和复杂载荷处理中的设计方法。结果显示车架分析模型满足工程计算要求。
Frame of business purpose vehicle suffers all kinds of complicated load from road and loading. Using ANSYS analysis software the frame was studied by static analysis and modal analysis at bending and torsion working condition, exploring the design method of frame in simplifying analysis model and processing complexity load. The results show that the frame analysis model meets basically the requirements of engineering calculations.
