摘要
对纯碱烧结法烧结条件进行了研究,考查碱比、烧结温度、烧结时间等对氧化铝溶出率的影响。并在较适宜烧结条件下,对铝土矿中不同硫含量对氧化铝溶出率的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,较适宜烧结条件为碱比1.3,烧结温度1 100℃和烧结时间40 min;铝土矿中硫含量的增加导致氧化铝溶出率降低。
The conditions of sodium sintering process to treat the middle grade bauxite are investigated. The results show that the optimum condition for the first stage sintering is alkali-ratio 1.3,sintering temperature 1 100℃ and sintering time 40min. At the same time, the infulence of Al2O3 leaching rate at middle grade bauxite contain different sulfur contents is also studied. The results show that the increase of sulfur content result in lower Al2O3 leaching rate.
