摘要
本文仅以自动控制和液压传动与控制方面的一些理论,对阀控油缸液压系统产生爬行的机理进行了一些定性的分析。分析中提出了产生液压爬行的6个脉冲分量,并针对这6个脉冲分量进行定性分析,且在分析中有针对性的提出了一些消除或减小液压爬行的对策及措施。
The article makes a qualitative analysis to the crawl mechanism produced by valve control cylinder hydraulic system only based on some theories on automatic control and hydraulic transmission with control aspects. It proposes six impulse components which can develop hydraulic crawl and analyses them qualitatively. Some relevant countermeasures and measures for eliminating and reducing crawl are put forward.
