摘要
公务员薪酬制度是收入分配制度的重要组成部分,公务员的薪酬公平问题对公务员队伍的建设与发展乃至整体国民收入差距的缩小以及社会主义和谐社会的构建都具有重要意义。本文以解读公务员薪酬制度改革的特点为切入点,以公平理论为主线,分析了我国公务员薪酬公平问题的实质,提出了构建我国公务员薪酬制度结构模式的总体思路。
Civil service pay system is a system of income distribution ,an important component of the civil service pay equity for the Civil Service as well as their overall scientific development of narrowing the income gap and building a harmonious socialist society is important.The article explains a few of the features of the reform of civil service pay system as an entry point ,take the fair theo- ry as the main line,analyzed China's civil service pay equity in real terms,then presents overall thinking patterns of building our Chinese civil service pay system.
