论潍坊盐业的起源和发展

On the Origin and Development of the Weifang Salt Industry

中国古代先民在原始社会时期就发现并开始使用盐。山东潍坊是最早发现盐并开始制盐的区域。本文对山东潍坊盐业的起源和发展、制盐体制和技术、盐的经营管理等方面的问题做了深入探讨,基本勾勒出山东潍坊自古以来盐业的发展史。现在,四川的井盐、山西的池盐和江苏的海盐研究都取得了丰硕的成果,但是,山东作为北方海盐最大的产盐基地,其理论研究鲜见于研究领域,这与山东经济发展大省显然是不相符的。本文试图从潍坊盐业的起源和发展做一些试探性的研究,以其抛砖引玉,为鲁盐研究和盐文化的发展做一点贡献。

China has its long history of salt developing and using from its primeval society.Weifang belongs to the area where salt was found and produced firstly.This article is focus on the origin,development,system and technology of the salt-producing,the management of the salt industry,etc,and briefly describes the developing history of the salt industry of WF Shandong.Now,the research on well salt of Sichuan,pond salt of Shanxi,and Sea salt of Jiangsu have been greatlg successful.Yet Shandong,as the largest salt base in North-China,seldom was known for its theories in the research field.It's absolutely not conformed with the situation of its economical situation in Shandong.This passage tries to do some probing study in origin and development of Weifang salt industry, hoping to throw out a minnow to catch a whale and to do some contribution to the salt study and salt culture in Shangdong.
