Construction of Platforms for Scientific Innovation and Promotion of Personnel Training in Universities

在建设创新型国家的背景下对高校科技创新平台的内涵、定位、意义及其与创新人才培养的关系进行论述,指出在本科创新人才的培养过程中平台将发挥极其重要的作用;并结合科技创新平台的建设和发展状况,以提高本科教育质量和培养具有创新精神和实践能力的本科创新人才为目标,探索科技创新平台促进本科教学和创新人才培养的有效途径和新型模式。

In the circumstance of building an innovative country, this paper discusses the connotation, position, meaning of platforms for scientific innovation in colleges and their relations with the personnel training and points out that the platforms will play important roles in the personnel training at the undergraduate stage in colleges. The author tries, based on the construction of platforms for scientific innovation and development situation as well as aiming at improving the teaching quality and promoting innovative spirit and practicing ability, to explore some efficient approaches and new patterns for promoting the personnel training in colleges.
