摘要 教师的专业发展体现教师个人发展的心理历程与心理探索过程。适应期教师专业发展过程中专业发展目标、专业发展动机、专业发展策略和专业发展情绪特征方面的问题,必须认真对待。通过提升适应期教师的职业信念、改善教育理念、练就专业发展技能,帮助适应期教师建立适当的自我期待、合理规划职业生涯,通过主动创设宽松和心理安全的工作环境等方式,帮助教师实现自我更新,从而解决专业发展中的实际问题。 Teachers' professional development of teachers' personal development embodies the psychological process and psychological discovery process. Settling process of teachers' professional development, professional development, professional development target motivation, professional development strategy and professional development characteristics of emotional problems, must be taken seriously. Through ascension settling teachers' professional education concept, faith, to improve the professional development skills honed, help build proper rate of teacher's expectation, reasonable planning and career, through active free and safe working environment psychology, to help teachers to realize update, so as to solve practical problems in professional development.
