高校毕业生基层就业的障碍及对策研究

Obstacles to Employment of Graduates at Grass-roots Units and Corresponding Counter-measures

随着我国高等教育由"精英教育"迅速转变成为"大众教育",大学毕业生人数逐年增长,致使大学生就业问题日益突出。积极拓宽就业渠道,把广大基层作为大学生就业的主要方向,是大学毕业生就业工作的重点。高校毕业生前往基层就业还受到就业观念、就业条件以及高校专业设置等因素的影响,因此高校、政府、基层以及毕业生四个方面都要积极转变,推动高校毕业生的基层就业。

The fast transition in higher education from elite education to popular education has brought about an increase of number of graduates each year, resulting in a growing tough problem of graduate employment. Widening the channel of graduate employment and encouraging the graduates to find work at grass - roots levels will be the main choice for the graduate employment work. That graduates try to find work at grass - roots units is influenced by em- ployment conception, conditions for employment and specialties offered by institutions of higher learning. Therefore institutions of higher learning, governments, grass - roots units and the graduates should turn from the old conception to the new to push forward the employment of graduates at grass - roots units.
