摘要
文中基于负压波检测原理,对压力管道泄漏进行实时检测及定位。分别在管线上下游设置压力传感器,泄漏产生的负压波通过管道和介质自泄漏点向管线上下游传播,其压力波信号被压力传感器检测。通过分析压力传感器采集的数据,得到上下游的泄漏负压波传播速度,并结合压力传感器捕捉到的压力波波形和上下游压力传感器接收到压力波信号的时间差对泄漏点进行定位。结果表明:该方法对泄漏的判断与定位精度取决于负压波传播速度的测定精确度。
The negative pressure wave is applied widely in the inspection and orientation of pipeline leakage. Leakages of the pipeline are inspected real-time and located in light of the theory of negavtive pressure wave. When the pressure sensor is set on the up and downstream of the pipeline,the leakage negative pressure wave propagates to pipeline both upstream and downstream by way of the pipeline and the medium, and then the pressure wave signal is caught by the pressure sensor. The negavtive pressure wave propagation speed can be determined by analyzing the data collected by the pressure sensor which is placed at end of the pipeline up and downstream, and by referring to the shape of the pressure wave and the time difference of signals recevied by pressure sensors to locate the leakage. The results show that the precision of leakage estimate and orientation lies in the accuracy of the negative pressure wave propagation speed.
