摘要
在压力容器开孔补强的薄壳理论分析中,通常假设在补强圈与容器壳体之间没有接触,接触应力对于结构应力分布的意义和影响尚不清楚。应用ANSYS软件对内压作用下补强圈与壳体间接触行为进行有限元分析。考察了接触变形和接触压力,探讨了补强圈与壳体间隙变化、刚度因子以及不同直径的接管对接触行为的影响。相对于开孔补强的薄壳理论,文中更好地预测了补强圈与容器壳体间的应力场分布,得到了一些有参考价值的结论。
In the thin shell analysis of welded pad reinforced nozzles in pressure vessles, no contact between the pad and the vessel is often assumed. The significance of this contact force to the stress distribution in the structure is little known. With the software of ANSYS, this paper analyses the contact behavior between the vessel shell and the reinforcement pad under the internal pressure by using the finite element technology. Not only the contact deformation and the contact pressure are analysed, but the different gaps between the shell and the pad, the stiffness factor and the influence of different diameters of pipes on contact are discussed as well. Compared with the thin shell analysis of welded pad reinforced nozzles, this paper has a better prediction of the stress distribution between the pad and the vessel. Some referential conclusion is also drawn.
