摘要 杭州市市政工程河坊街曲线顶管施工中测量控制是施工质量控制的关键,文章对工程测量控制方法在曲线顶管施工过程中的应用进行了总结讨论,重点对顶进前测量控制、竖井联系测量、顶进中的测量控制和测量控制标准进行分析,特别是河坊街工程基于直线测量控制比曲线好,将曲线问题转化成直线问题来计算,以顶进坑为测量零点通过内业计算将坐标进行转换,使测量中线控制能及时准确的计算和判断出顶管的走向及发展动向.同时也对如何提高测量控制精度及误差产生原因进行分析,以确保工程的测量成果完全符合设计和施工规范要求. Survey control is the key of construction quality control in curve pipe jacking.This paper discusses the application of engineering survey control methods in curve pipe jacking by a case study of Hangzhou municipal engineering project,Hefang Street curve pipe jacking;jacking survey control,shaft connection survey,jacking survey control and survey control standard were analyzed.Since linear survey control is more precise than curve survey control,the curve problem of the Hefang St.Project was turned into a linear problem. Letting the initial jacking time as zero point to convert the coordinate when doing the interior work calculation, so during the survey the linear control can precisely calculate and determine the pipe jacking direction and development trend. This paper also analyzes the reason of data error and methods to improve survey control accuracy, which assures the survey result completely achieves design and construction standards.
