Evaluation model for water resources carrying capacity and its application based on fuzzy programming

摘要 基于联合国教科文组织提出的资源承载能力概念,给出了水资源承载能力定义,把区域水资源可利用量、纳污能力以及万人均GDP最低标准视为"区间"值,建立了模糊约束线性规划模型,并给出了求解的基本过程.应用于日照市水资源承载力的评价中,并与文献[5]的模型计算结果进行比较,结果表明,所提出的模型实用性强,计算结果合理. Water resources carrying capacity is the core content of water resources assessment and programming. It is very important to find the new method of water resources carrying capacity assessment. Based on UNESCO proposed the concept of carrying capacity of resources, the definition of carrying capacity of water resources is given. Available water resources and pollutant carrying capacity and per capita GDP 10, 000 minimum standards may be regarded as a "range" value. On this basis, fuzzy constraint linear programming model is established; and the basic process of solving is given and applied to Rizhao City to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity; and the results are compared with the literature [5] model results, it is shown that the model proposed is practical, reasonable in calculation results.
