摘要
在水电工程中,漏水射流闸门止水橡皮经常会自激振动,为保障闸门结构的安全运行,建立了闸门振动两自由度模型,从理论上分析了该类闸门振动的原因与机理,并结合某一工程实例,现场对不同闸前水位下冲沙闸闸门的动力响应进行了监测,总结了该闸门振动位移、加速度和动应力响应的大小与变化规律,对闸门的安全性进行了评价.提出了避免闸门由于止水橡皮漏水射流而产生振动的工程措施,为今后同类工程问题的处理提供了理论参考依据.
In hydraulic projects, self-excited vibration of water-stop rubber was often produced due to the leak and jet flow of the gate. In order to ensure the safe operation of the gate structure, a 2-DOF model has been established for the gate vibration; also the cause and mechanism of this style gate vibration have been analyzed; and combining with an actual project, the dynamic response for the silt sluice gate under different water levels has been monitored through in-situ monitoring. Moreover, the gate's vibrating displacement, acceleration, the magnitude and changing regularities of dynamic response have been summed up; and the security of the gate has been estimated. Furthermore, engineering measures are proposed for preventing the gate from vibrating due to the leak and jet flow of the water-stop rubber. The results can be used as reference for the future similar projects.
