摘要
结合某600 MW机组大型火力发电厂主厂房采用预应力混凝土管桩进行地基处理的工程实例,介绍了预应力混凝土管桩在具有一定厚度砂夹层的地质条件下的适用性、可行性及对施工机械的要求.试桩及工程桩的施工与检测结果表明,对于类似于本工程且具有一定厚度砂夹层的地质条件,采用预应力混凝土管桩是可行的,有关工程经验可供类似工程和国内同行借鉴与参考.
According to an engineering example of applying prestressed concrete pipe piles for foundation treatment to the main powerhouse in a certain 600 MW thermal power plant, the applicability, feasibility and demand for construction machinery of prestressed concrete pipe piles, are described; in the geological conditions containing sand laminae with certain thickness. Based on construction and test results of test piles and engineering piles, applying prestressed concrete pipe piles to geological conditions similar to that mentioned is available; and relevant engineering experience can provide reference for designers involved in similar projects.
