摘要
针对电路仿真领域中对具有复杂非线性特性的电子器件不能采用单一神经网络建模问题,提出了一种分段建模方法,降低了模型的复杂度,并通过对稳压二极管的建模验证了该方法的有效性.
Aiming at the problem that an electron device with complex nonlinearity can not be modeled with a single neural network in the area of circuit simulation, a subsection modeling method is proposed, which can reduce the model complexity.
