摘要
考察了pH值、酶用量、软化温度、时间对威斯软化酶BRH和ARS使用性能的影响。由此得出结论:两者配合使用可充分发挥二者的优点,当m(ARS)∶m(BRH)为3∶2时达到最佳使用效果。
It was investigated that influence factors such as pH value, enzyme dosage, bating temperature and time etc. when WEISI BATING ENZYME BRH and ARS were used. The results showed that the combination of BRH and ARS had synergistic effect, and the best bating effect was obtained when using the optimized mass ratio m（ARS）：m（BRH）=3：2.
