摘要
以中国移动通讯集团公司为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法对其进行分析,并设计出优势-机会(SO)、劣势-机会(WO)、优势-威胁(ST)、劣势-威胁(WT)战略,为3G背景下的中国移动的战略决策提供参考。
Analytical method through SWOT is aimed at the overall analysis of corporate internal and external environment and mathing the strongpoints , weekpoints , opportunities and threats and is intended to work out corporate strategical policy. This paper has taken China Mobile Communications Corporation as the objective of study and has analysed it through SWOT and has worked out a strategy of strongpoint-opportunity, weekpoint-opportunity, strongpoint-threat and weekpoint-threat so as to provide some reference for the strategical decision-making under the situation of 3G.
