文章针对我国教育法制现状及其历史原因,分析了依法治教的现实必然性,并从制度方面、意识方面、实践方面这三个角度来探求加强依法治教的对策,促进我国教育法制化的进程,使其走上一个崭新的法治阶段。

This paper analyses the necessity for administering education according to law in view of our present situation and historical cause of legal system of education, and seeks the ways to administer education according to law from three angles of system, mentality and practice, to accelerate the course of our educational institutionalization and make it enter upon a new phase of government by law.
