本文介绍组态软件和PLC构成的立式石灰窑控制系统。该控制系统采用了三菱公司生产的Q系列可编程序控制器,上位机采用世纪星V7.22组态软件,具有良好的系统兼容性和友好的人机界面,系统成本较低,网络清晰,构成简单,操作方便,可扩展性强,维护方便,获得用户一致肯定。
This article describes the configuration software and PLC control system composed of vertical lime kiln. The control system uses a Mitsubishi company＇s Q series programmable logic controller, host computer using Century Star V7.22 configuration software, has a good system compatibility and friendly man-machine interface, system costs are lower, the network clear, constitutes a simple, convenient operation, scalability, strong, easy to maintain, access to the user unanimously affirmed.
