摘要
本文介绍采用PLC控制技术的物料自动控制系统,实现物料配送、传输、装车控制。具体介绍了该系统的工艺生产控制要求,系统硬件设计、软件结构设计及其实现。选用FX1N-40MR型PLC为控制器。通过工程实践证明该方法具有很强的实用性和通用性,对于工控系统设计人员具有指导意义。
This article describes the use of PLC automatic control system of material control technology to achieve material distribution, transmission, loading control. Specifically describe the production control process of the system requirements, system hardware design, software architecture design and its implementation. Selected FX1N- 40MR-PLC as a controller. Through the project proved that the method has strong practicality and versatility, for industrial control system designers with a guide.
