Analysis on cause of institution and mechanism barrier in revitalization of Liaoning

从辽宁经济社会发展的长期目标出发,搜寻全面振兴辽宁的体制及其运行机制方面的主要障碍因素,揭示辽宁地方经济社会发展的特殊规律性及形成体制机制障碍的深层次原因,以期为辽宁体制改革的深化提供决策依据。

Based on the long-term objective of the economic and social development of Liaoning, the paper searched for the major factors that block the improvement of the institution and operational mechanism of the overall revitalization of Liaoning, and revealed the special patterns of the local economic and social development in Liaoning together with the indepth cause of obstacles appearing in the formation of the institution and mechanism, so as to provide decision making bases for the furthering of institution revolution.
