Through the conjunction of the administration of university students and the ethics, we analyze the features of the moral unbalance in the university students administration, propose the moral principles of the specific tasks in university students administration to enhance and improve the administration in universities to get more concern of morals in doing the administrative work and enrich the administrative theory in universities, which makes the administration more humanized and scientific and serve the construction of the harmonious universities and society.
