高效液相色谱法测定复方缬沙坦片中缬沙坦的含量

Determination of valsartan in the compound valsartan tablets by HPLC

目的建立一种用HPLC法测定复方缬沙坦片中缬沙坦的含量的方法。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mmID×25cm)、ODS预柱。流动相:0.2%磷酸溶液-甲醇(25∶75);检测波长237nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果缬沙坦的线性范围0.8-8.0μg(r=0.9999,n=6),回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.45%。结论本方法结果准确,可用于测定复方缬沙坦片中缬沙坦的含量。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of the compound tablet of valsartan. Methods ZOR- BAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column （d. 6 mm ID × 25 cm） and ODS-column were used, with 0.2% KH2 PO4-methanol （ 25 ： 75 ） as mobile phase,at the detection length of 237 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.8 - 8.0μg（ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6）. The recover）＇ was 100.2% , and RSD was 0.45 %. Conclusion The method is accurate for deter- mining the valsartan in compound valsartan tablets.
