摘要
清代台湾米谷运销福建前后延续近一个半世纪,主要有"官运"和"民运"两大系统,"官运"可分为兵眷米谷的调运与平粜米谷的买运;"民运"有商船贩运和走私内运。据估计,清代台湾每年向福建输出的米谷大约为100万石左右,不仅极大地缓解了福建的缺粮问题,同时也促进了清代台湾的开发,推动两岸商贸的发展,这一事件对今天两岸社会经济发展仍具有重要的启迪意义。
That the grains of Taiwan was transported to and sold in Fujian had lasted for nearly one century and a half, and there were two main systems: "Government Transport" and "Civil Transport" . Of which, "Government Transport" consisted of the allocation and transportation of military grains and the purchase and transportation of grains stored in granaries at fair prices in famine years; the "Civil Transport" included transporting grains for sale with merchant ship and smuggling grains to mainland. It is estimated that there were nearly one hundred million liters grains exported to Fujian from Taiwan every year in Qing dynasty, which not only greatly eased the food shortage problem, but also promoted the development of Taiwan in Qing dynasty and the development of trade across the Taiwan Straits, and this will also has important inspiration for today' s social and economical development across the Taiwan Straits.
